You cannot print results to files by using web applications in Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2 after you install security update MS10-061
Support for Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) ends on July 12, 2011. To continue receiving security updates for Windows, make sure you're running Windows Vista with Service Pack 2 (SP2). For more information, refer to this Microsoft web page: Support is ending for some versions of Windows
You have a computer that is running Windows Server 2003, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, or Windows Server 2008 R2.
You run a web application on the computer.
You take the results from the web application, and then you use the web application to print the results to a file on to the computer.
In this scenario, you cannot use web application to print to a file immediately after you install the security update MS10-061. If you open the related print queue, you find that the print job has a status of "error – printing." Additionally, the printer status is changed to "error."
The issue occurs because security update MS10-061 incorrectly considers some local print-to-file jobs as remote print calls. Security update MS10-061 improves security for remote print calls. However, this new functionality can incorrectly consider some local print calls as remote print calls. This occurs when you use a network service account to create these print calls.

Service Pack 1 is integrated into the original release version of Windows Server 2008. Therefore, RTM milestone files apply only to Windows Vista. RTM milestone files have a 6.0.0000.xxxxxx version number.
GDR service branches contain only those fixes that are widely released to address widespread, critical issues. LDR service branches contain hotfixes in addition to widely released fixes.
The MANIFEST files (.manifest) and the MUM files (.mum) that are installed for each environment are listed separately in the "Additional file information for Windows Server 2008 and for Windows Vista" section. MUM and MANIFEST files, and the associated security catalog (.cat) files, are critical to maintaining the state of the updated component. The security catalog files, for which the attributes are not listed, are signed with a Microsoft digital signature.
