When you close a form that has a combo box that is based on a parameterized query, you may receive the following error message.
If you are running Microsoft Windows 95 or Microsoft Windows 98:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vendor. MSACCESS caused an invalid page fault in MSACCESS.EXE at 0167:3040910b.
If you are running Microsoft Windows NT:
MSACCESS.EXE Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x00000000 RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
