If you already have a PowerPivot Service application, and if you cannot drop and then create a new one, run the following Transact-SQL script to work around this issue. This script updates the [DataRefresh].[ProcessNextScheduledRun] stored procedure against the PowerPivot service application database. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
