Lotus Notes document links on a computer where the Lotus Notes client is not
installed, the following error message appears: An OLE
registration error occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Setup
again for the program. CAUSE When Outlook attempts to locate the OLE server for the
embedded documents, the process is unsuccessful because the OLE server is not
registered. Outlook then displays the error message. Following the error
message Outlook fails to open the message. RESOLUTION To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000
