Errors may display as below: "This content cannot be displayed in a frame" "We're sorry, but this wizard has timed out. You will need to go back to the beginning." CAUSEMSN Messenger and Windows Live Essentials 2011 can conflict with the purchasing steps. This is due to cookie sharing between the Internet Explorer browser and the desktop client. RESOLUTIONThe current workaround to complete the purchasing is to run Internet Explorer in In Private Browsing mode. Internet Explorer 9
