FIX: The Transaction Integrator Manager MMC snap-in closes when you try to create a new Transaction Integrator objectArticle ID: 2501488 - View products that this article applies to. On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario:
In this scenario, the TI Manager MMC snap-in closes when you click Next on the Welcome to the New Object panel in the New Object Wizard. This behavior occurs when you try to create a new Windows-Initiated Processing (WIP) object. CAUSEThis problem occurs because TI Manager enumerates all the sites that are defined under IIS as part of creating a WIP object. After TI Manager retrieves a list of all the defined IIS sites, TI Manager queries the status of each site. The FTP sites return an error when queried for their status. The exception occurs because TI Manager does not handle the error message that is returned correctly. RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft.
