Attachments on meetings or appointments are not available on Windows Mobile or Windows Phone 7 devices when users synchronize using Exchange ActiveSync.
This is by design. When using Exchange ActiveSync, calendar item attachments cannot be retrieved on handheld devices.
To work around this issue, attachments should be sent via e-mail for users synchronizing with Exchange ActiveSync.
