  1. In step 1, My Search is about:, either select All Microsoft Products or limit your search to a particular product or technology.
  2. In step 2, I want to search by:, select Keyword Search using and All Words.
  3. In step 3, My question is, use a combination of Knowledge Base keywords and search criteria. Examples:
    kbOLE - returns all OLE articles.
    kbOLE kbContainer - returns all OLE articles that cover container topics.
    kbOLE kbContainer Access Violation - returns all OLE articles that discuss container topics and access violations. Note that "Access Violation" is not a keyword, it is simply additional criteria.
  4. Click go to run your search.
