SYMPTOMS

Assume that you paste a date into a condition line on the Advanced Find page in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 by using the CTRL+V keyboard shortcut. In this situation, the “Enter Value” text is still displayed in the condition line instead of the date.

RESOLUTION

  • Select the date in the calendar control.
  • Click the text box before you click the calendar control.
