XADM: Troubleshooting the Site Replication Service When Information Does Not Replicate to Active Directory

The Active Directory Connector (ADC) is operational and other Connection Agreements (CA) replicate. However, the CA that replicates information from the Site Replication Service (SRS) to Active Directory does not update or replicate.

Check the following:

• Make sure that the SRS is running on the appropriate Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server computer.
• Make sure that the endpoints of the CA point to the SRS and to the appropriate domain controller (DC): msExchServer1NetworkAddress (points to Active Directory/DC originally) and msExchServer2NetworkAddress (points to the SRS/Exchange 2000 server).
• Make sure that you can connect to the SRS port on the Exchange 2000 server (generally port 379).
