SYMPTOMS

After you install Windows Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate (RC) on a computer that is running Windows 7, the Netflix application in Windows Media Center may encounter an error when it initiates video playback.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install the release version of Internet Explorer 9. To download Internet Explorer 9, visit the following Microsoft website:
http://windows.microsoft.com/ie9 (http://windows.microsoft.com/ie9)
