Assume that your company has signed up for Microsoft Office 365, and then you try to install Microsoft Office Professional Plus on a computer. However, you are prompted with the following dialog box:

This issue occurs if the maximum number of computers has already been licensed to the user ID that you entered. The maximum number of computers depends on the kind of subscription that your company signed up for.
To resolve this issue, remove the license from another computer. Specifically, in the list of computers, click the computer name whose license you want to remove, and then click Remove.
If your company has used the maximum number of licenses, and you want to remove a license, you can also use the osaui.exe /r command. When you run this command, you manually open the dialog box that is displayed in the "Symptoms" section.
