The single sign-on feature does not work in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2 when you try to start a full remote desktop connection through RD Web Access
You enable the single sign-on (SSO) feature on a remote desktop server that is running Windows Server 2008 R2.
You log on to the Remote Desktop Web Access (RD Web Access) website from a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.
You try to start a Remote Desktop session by using the RD Web Access website.
In this scenario, you are prompted to enter your credentials. However, the expected behavior is that you can start the Remote Desktop session directly.
