Symptoms

Assume that you install Microsoft Lync 2010 SDK and Microsoft Lync 2010 SDK Runtime on a computer. Then, Microsoft Lync 2010 SDK Runtime is visible in the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel. However, it is not visible for another user who is logged on.
