On a computer that is running Windows 98, when you print text that includes the euro symbol from a table in Datasheet view to any Hewlett-Packard printer, the euro symbol may be printed as expected, may not be printed at all, or may be printed as just a dot, even though print preview displays the euro symbol properly. NOTE: From computers running Windows NT and Windows 2000, the euro symbol is printed correctly on Hewlett-Packard printers. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
