Error message when you try to assign a record to a user after you install Update Rollup 15 in the Turkish version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0: "Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown"

Consider the following scenario:

• You install Update Rollup 15 in the Turkish version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
• You try to assign a record to a user. For example, you try to assign an activity, an account, and a contact to a user.

This problem occurs because of a case mismatch between "activityid" and "ActivityId."
