When you start Windows, you may receive the following error message:
Fatal Error: Problem Using UI Skins
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you have a Macromedia Shockwave component installed in the Startup folder and the Shockwave files are missing or damaged.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, try one of the following methods:
Reinstall Macromedia ShockwaveReinstall Shockwave to replace the missing or damaged files. For information about how to reinstall Shockwave, please contact Macromedia.Remove Shockwave componentsRemove the Macromedia Shockwave component from the startup folder, to do this, follow these steps:
