SYMPTOMS

The Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) links are incorrect in the SharePoint Health Analyzer (SPHA) health report for the Simplified Chinese version of Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010.

Note This issue only occurs in the Simplified Chinese version of SharePoint Server 2010.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, install SharePoint Server 2010 Service Pack 1.

Note After you install SharePoint Server 2010 Service Pack 1, the KB article links in the SPHA health report are correct. However, if the SPHA report was generated before you install SharePoint Server 2010 Service Pack 1, the KB article links remain incorrect. In this case, follow the steps in the "Steps to correct the URL links that are in an incorrect format" section to resolve this problem.

Steps to correct the URL links that are in an incorrect format

Log on to the Central Admin site of the farm.
Click Monitoring, and under Health Analyzer, click Review problems and solutions.
Click to select the check box to the left of the items that have URL links that are in an incorrect format.
Click Delete Item.
The next time that SPHA runs, the URL links are in the correct format. Or, to correct the format immediately, manually rerun those rules so that the URL links are converted to the correct format.
