    This update has already been applied or is included in an update that has already been applied.

  • If you have a plan that has multiple masters, and you saved the file after you applied update 2464588, the presentation may continue to freeze after you change it.

    To correct this behavior, apply this security update. Then, follow these steps:
    1. Open a new blank presentation.
    2. On the Insert menu, click Slides from Files.
    3. Locate and open the problem presentation.
    4. Select the Keep source formatting option.
    5. Click Insert all, and then click Close.
    6. Delete the first empty slide, and then save the new presentation file.

To apply this security update, you must have Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3) installed on the computer.

Restart information
