SYMPTOMSAssume that you synchronize data to Microsoft Outlook in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. If an error occurs when the synchronization process queries MAPI for matching items, the synchronization process enters an endless loop, and you must exit Outlook. Additionally, the loop increases the traffic to the Microsoft Exchange server. RESOLUTIONThis problem is fixed in the latest cumulative update rollup for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.
