The synchronization process enters an endless loop when you synchronize data to Outlook in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Outlook

SYMPTOMS

Assume that you synchronize data to Microsoft Outlook in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 client for Microsoft Office Outlook. If an error occurs when the synchronization process queries MAPI for matching items, the synchronization process enters an endless loop, and you must exit Outlook. Additionally, the loop increases the traffic to the Microsoft Exchange server.

RESOLUTION
