You create a custom list in a Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 site.
You add different types of columns that are required to fill in the custom list.
You create a custom list form that contains a form button which can redirect to another website.
You add fields that correspondent to different types of columns into the list custom list form.
You leave the fields empty, and then you click the form button.
In this scenario, the custom list item is saved successfully and you are redirected to another website. However, the custom list item should not be saved because the required field is empty.
Note The required field validator is used to validate whether the required field is filled. However, the required field validator does not work for certain required fields.
Assume that you install the hotfix package that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article 2512782 on an Office SharePoint Server 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) server. When you add a Web Part for a survey list, the Export to Spreadsheet command is missing in the Actions menu.

Consider the following scenario:
You filter a date value on a list item view in Office SharePoint Server 2007.
You delete the list item that contains the date value which you filtered.
You try to filter another date value on the list item view.
In this scenario, an exception occurs.
Assume that the NT Authority\Local Service user account is deleted by accident in an Office SharePoint Server 2007 site collection. When a user logs on to the site collection, the display name of the NT Authority\Local Service user account is changed to the user’s display name.
Assume that you try to move items from the Recycle Bin to a second stage Recycle Bin in an Office SharePoint Server 2007 site collection. In this situation, items are not moved.
Note This issue occurs because the site collection's second stage Recycle Bin size does not reflect the actual size of the items in it.
