How to find a phone number for a Microsoft Product Activation Center
When you contact the Customer Service Center have one of the following items available to provide to the Customer Service Representative:
- The Office installation disc
- The readable parts of your original product key
- The full original product key
If you do not have either of these items the Customer Service Representative will be unable to help.

If you lost your product key and you bought, downloaded and installed Office online, you should be able to retrieve your product key either in the confirmation email message that was sent to you, or by accessing your online account information.
