Visio2000: You Cannot Find the Visio 2000 Startup Folder

After you install Visio 2000, you cannot find a startup folder.
CAUSE
When Visio 2000 starts, it runs any executables (such as add-ons and macros) that are in its startup folder. The startup folder is mainly for developers who are working on a particular project or Visio add-on.
For Visio 2000 to open these files correctly, Visio 2000 needs an accurate path statement to the startup folder. To see the current startup folder path statement:

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Visio 2000 Service Release 1 (SR-1).

When you install Visio 2000, a path statement to a startup folder is created; however, the actual startup folder was not created prior to SR-1. If you have executables (such as add-ons and macros) that you want to run automatically whenever you start Visio, and you don't want to install SR-1, you need to create a startup folder.
To create a startup folder:
