Please right click on the "Internet Explorer" and select Run as system administrator".

If User Account Control appears, click on "Yes".

Click the "Tool" button on the upper right corner, then click the "Internet options".

Click "Security", uncheck the "Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)" option, when done, please click "OK".

In the "Warning" window, click "OK".

Then close and restart the Internet Explorer 9.

Hint:

This is usually caused by incompatiblity between the third party program and the Internet Explorer 9 security architecture. After closing the Protected Mode, you may be prompted with the following message. Please click the "Don't show me again", try to remove other specious programs, and re-enable the Protected Mode. Then the problem should be resolved.
