Internet Information Services (IIS) may generate an Access Violation error message in the Inetinfo.exe process if certain characters are present in a certain position of the HTTP-request header. The Inetinfo.exe process is automatically restarted if an Access Violation error message occurs in it. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000.
