The Microsoft Outlook 2010 import wizard cannot import contact information from an XLS or CSV file into the Hebrew language version of Outlook 2010.
The Outlook 2010 import wizard cannot match fields because of a "right to left" localization issue. The applicable sides of the "Map Custom Fields" dialog box are reversed from the English version.
A workaround exists to resolve this problem. It consists of editing the XLS or CSV file before you import it into Outlook 2010. To apply the workaround, follow these steps:
