When you submit an e-mail form or post a thread in a discussion, you do not receive a confirmation page or e-mail message, and no error messages appear in the browser. NOTE: If you view the source in the browser, you see the following:
<form method="POST" action="index.htm" webbot-action="--WEBBOT-SELF--">
where index.htm is the name of the page with the form.
CAUSE
The .htm file is mapped to the Ssinc.dll file or Asp.dll file in the Master Properties of the Web server and/or properties of the Web site. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, do the following:
