OL2000: Custom Field Does Not Display Large Amounts of Text

When you enter a large amount of text in a field on a custom form, you can view this information when you connect to a Microsoft Exchange Server, but you cannot view this information when you use an Offline Store files (.ost) or a Personal Folders (.pst) file.

This problem occurs because the MAPI GetProps() function that is used internally can only hold up to 4 kilobytes (KB) of data.
