If you have a third-party driver that was installed by using the OEMPNPDriversPath mechanism in an Unattend.txt file, uninstalling the driver and then reinstalling it may cause Windows to display a dialog box stating that the driver is not digitally signed. This occurs only on system volumes that use the FAT or FAT32 file system. The problem does not occur with the NTFS file system.
CAUSE
This behavior is caused by a problem in the Setupapi.dll dynamic-link library (DLL).
