SYMPTOMS

You are unable to ungroup charts that you insert into PowerPoint from Amigo 2000.

CAUSE

Amigo 2000 charts are inserted in Portable Network Graphics (PNG) format instead of Extended Metafile Format (EMF). Because PNG format is a type of bitmap, PowerPoint cannot ungroup the charts.
