XADM: Free and Busy Information for Resources May Disappear While Using Auto-Accept Script

SYMPTOMS

In Exchange Server version 5.5, free and busy information for resources such as conference rooms may disappear while the auto accept script is running.

CAUSE

Under certain circumstances, the Exchange Server 5.5 SP3 Cdo.dll file may erroneously remove free and busy information from resources while the auto accept script is running for automatic booking of conference rooms.

RESOLUTION
