Safe Recovery Not Offered After Failed Installation

SYMPTOMS

When you restart Setup after a failed installation, you are not prompted with a choice for "Safe Recovery."

CAUSE

This issue occurs when the Setuplog.txt file is larger than 64 kilobytes.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, determine where Setup is failing, rename the Setuplog.txt, and then run Setup again.
