SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to quit Internet Explorer, you may hear a beep and Internet Explorer may not quit.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you are previewing a page for printing when you attempt to quit Internet Explorer.

RESOLUTION

Close the Print Preview window before you attempt to quit Internet Explorer.
