Issue that this hotfix package fixes
Consider the following scenario:

You use a blog template to create a non-English site in SharePoint Foundation 2010.

You add some posts to the blog site, or you edit or view some posts on the blog site.

You run the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation Usage Data Import job on the SharePoint server.
-
The Web Analytics service processes the usage data.
In this scenario, the usage data for some blog posts is not displayed or is displayed incorrectly in the Web Analytics report for the blog site.
Resolution

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing. Therefore, if you are not severely affected by this problem, we recommend that you wait for the next software update that contains this hotfix.
