Cannot Add Users or Groups as Operators in Default FTP and Default Web Sites

When you add users or groups as operators in the default FTP or default Web site, groups do not appear in the Select Users or Groups dialog box. As a result, you cannot use groups to control operator privileges on the Web sites.

To work around this problem, add users individually to the operators list.
