When you use Outlook, you can print your Contacts list in several different styles. These styles include Card, Small Booklet, Medium Booklet, Memo, Phone Directory, and Table. The styles that you see listed in the Page Setup dialog box are different for each Contact list view that you choose. To print your Contacts list, first choose the view that is most appropriate to how you want your Contacts list to print.
