In the Code Librarian, when you click Help on the Help menu or press F1, you notice that the MSDN Library opens on the "Code Librarian" topic, and then stops responding. You also notice that the Code Librarian stops responding.
CAUSE
On the View menu of the Code Librarian, you have turned on the Always On Top command
RESOLUTION
If this behavior has occurred, use the End Task command (press CTRL+ALT+DEL) to close the Code Manager and the MSDN library.
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Developer Service Release 1 (SR-1). To obtain SR-1, click the article number below to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base: 253566
