This issue occurs because of a hash inconsistency problem in the Transport Layer Security (TLS) handshake message. The message is created by the server side of the Windows CE web server. Issue 2The handshake is not handled correctly for some special kinds of messages. This results in a message decryption failure in the SChannel.MORE INFORMATIONSoftware update informationA supported software update is now available from Microsoft as Windows CE 5.0 Monthly Update September 2011. You can confirm this by scrolling to the "File information" section. The package file name contains the product version, date, Microsoft Knowledge Base article number, and processor type.
