ErrorReportingEnabled: False CAUSEThis issue occurs because the PropertyBag object is cleared after the user deletes the attachment. Properties are not reloaded, and the NotInBagPropertyErrorException exception is encountered. Therefore, the RPC Client Access service crashes. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install the following update rollup package: 2608646
