Can't subscribe to a podcast on Windows Phone 7

When you try to subscribe to a podcast from Windows Phone 7, the podcast doesn't download after you tap Confirm.
Remove all manually-created podcast files from your phone before you try to subscribe to new podcasts. To do this, locate the podcast on your phone, tap and hold the podcast icon, and then tap Delete from the menu list.
