Terminal Server aware applications that repeatedly open and close handles may run out of memory.
CAUSE
Calls to WTSOpenServer and WTSCloseServer cause a memory leak. Terminal Services Manager (TSADMIN.EXE) is an example of an application that uses the WTSOpenServer and WTSCloseServer API calls. The memory leak will be observed in the private bytes of that application.
