SUMMARY

When you set logging to Maximum in the Replication Incoming and Outgoing option box, this produces several Event IDs, which note that replication messages have either been sent or received.

Occasions may arise when replication messages are being sent out but not received. Enabling message tracking on the server that is sending the updates may help troubleshoot this issue.

MORE INFORMATION

Replication messages being sent from the public information store are sent from an alias that looks similar to the following:
Pub-IS@domainname.com
Navigate to the Message Tracking Center in the Exchange System Manager, and then track messages being sent from Pub-IS@domainname.com. By following the message path, you can make a better determination of where the messages are getting lost.
