Article ID: 260642 - Last Review: December 3, 2004 - Revision: 5.1 Frame or Table Text Is Cut Off at the Right Margin When Printing Web Pages
This article was previously published under Q260642 SYMPTOMS
When you print a Web page that contains a table or frames that are wider than the print area, the right side of the table or frame may not be printed, and a second page that includes the truncated part of the table or frame may not be printed.
CAUSEBecause the content of the table or the frame is larger than the output paper size, Internet Explorer cannot put all the content of either table or frame on the output paper. Therefore, it clips off the content that is outside the printable area. WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, for both tables and frames, reduce the page margins or print the page in Landscape mode to increase the printable area.
STATUSThis behavior is by design.
