When you unplug a Plug and Play Universal Serial Bus (USB) hub (a surprise removal) several times, the following error message may be displayed:
STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xF8CF75D0, 0x00000000, 0x00000044) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED address 0xF8CF75D0 in USBHUB.sys CAUSE
This behavior can occur because of a race condition in the USB driver.
