When you try to print from an RDP client in a Windows 2000 Terminal Services session, you may receive the following error message on a blue screen on the server:
Stop 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa00372aa, 0x00000000, 0x00000034)
CAUSE
The problem can occur because spooler tries to display a dialog box to the client desktop but the desktop handle is not available.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
