When you resume your computer from Hibernate mode on a computer that uses a VIA AGP controller, the computer may stop responding (hang) during the resume process.
CAUSE
This problem is caused by incomplete support for the VIA chip set in the Windows 2000 AGP drivers. The fix for this problem adds support for the VIA AGP chip set.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the
