To work around this issue, change the Hardware acceleration setting of your Voice Capture device to Full, and then restart your computer. To do so, follow these steps:
  1. On the taskbar, click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. In Control Panel, double-click Sounds and Multimedia.
  3. In the Sounds and Multimedia Properties dialog box, click the Voice tab.
