Some Farsi (Persian) characters may not be in the correct order when certain tools or programs are used to sort them (for instance, Microsoft Exchange Server). Specific characters not properly sorted include KAF, YEH, HEH, and VAV.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur after after you install the Arabic language group, either during Setup or by selecting it under Regional Options in Control Panel.
