SUMMARY

The Exchange 2000 default setup includes Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA). In addition, OWA requires the installation of Microsoft Windows 2000 and Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) 5.0.

Exchange 2000 Setup creates four virtual IIS directories that OWA uses; these are shown in the following table:
