A sans serif font in the metafile (picture) representation of a Microsoft Graph 2000 object changes to a serif font after you do the following:
CAUSE
When the effective point size (actual size plus zoom) is 6 points or less, Graph 2000 substitutes Small Fonts for the on-screen font. NOTE: Because a screen metafile uses the same fonts as the screen, a screen metafile shows the substitution; however, a printer metafile does not do font substitution. Scroll down to the heading "When you print your document, it does not appear the same way as it does on the screen." RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office 2000. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the

To temporarily work around this problem, do not use fonts smaller than 8 points.
